Ok, first off I love the Utah Jazz.  next to that I love the rental property scene.  I currently own one duplex in a highly desirable area.  The only real way I got into it was because I owner occupied it.  Needless to say I have a brother that has over 15 units and I'm just starting out.

I'd love to get into fourplexes.  That's my next goal.  Anyway I've been managing my own duplex since 2008 and can't wait to get another deal going when I can figure out my finance situation.  That's me in a nutshell.
