You should seek out some reputable operators in the high-end home biz and see if your leads add value for them.  

I was quoted by a reputable contractor for 17.5k in repairs/rehab.

One option is seller financing, I have a reputation in helping home owners seller finance their property and have their property sold in 30 or 45 days, usually at a top price, with no sales commission and no closing costs. 

They are nationwide and have a good reputation in the industry as a whole.  

I would contact a good insurance company first--at least two or three of them-- as you may eventually want to get the insurance from "a reputable insurance company"-  at the end of the day.
