1031 Exchange recommendation (Trading OH property for 2 in NW Indiana)

Also, I hope this is the best place to ask?

I have a house under contract (sell) in Ohio and I am trading it for property in NW Indiana. My realetor recommended IPX Investment Properties.  They have a Chicago  office.  Does anyone have experience - good / bad  -  with this campany?

Would anyone have another recommendation?

I'm fairly well versed on the rules etc, I just need a trustworthy, cost effective facilitator.
