Any suggestions or incite on how you track your rentals would be appreciated!

I do not have much knowledge on real estate but I am the hitting  books: BRRRR by David Greene, Estimating Rehab cost by J.Scott, Investing real estate with no/low money down by Brandon Turner and finally, Rental property investing by Brandon Turner.Outside of real estate, I enjoy swimming, bike riding, watching anime, playing video games and interests in the stock/house market.Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I focus on rentals and Flips in the Indianapolis area.

I own a successful rental portfolio here in Columbus and have also helped my out-of-state clients purchase their own flips and BRRRRs here.

Evening, I am in the process of acquiring a short to mid term rental in the somewhat local vacation/ tourist destinations in my region.

Short term rentals are more challenging in Truckee, as there is a limited number of permits and a currently a waiting list.  

I have seen a couple of different ones that span from single family rentals to mobile home parks and commercial real estate such as office buildings, storage builds, etc.

We have 1 airbnb rental and 1 e-commerce business.

I currently own one side-by-side duplex in Euclid (purchased end of 2022), and am looking to eventually buy more rental properties, and possibly get into medium term rentals.

I know there is pros and cons to both with the rental.
