New Investor Intro

Howdy! My name is Ryan, and I live in a suburb on the East side of Cleveland. I currently own one side-by-side duplex in Euclid (purchased end of 2022), and am looking to eventually buy more rental properties, and possibly get into medium term rentals. Goal is to eventually quit my day job (land surveyor, mostly for construction). Had a bad experience with Cleveland REIA and will never go back!

Hi Ryan, welcome to the BiggerPockets community! If you're considering other markets outside Cleveland - make sure to check out Columbus OH. Lots of companies moving and building out here like Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Ohio State University. My clients love it here because you can still find positive cashflowing and 1% rule deals with tons of appreciation. Happy to connect and answer questions you may have.
