Personally I avoid them because I have a problem with other people telling me what I can and can’t do with my property.

I've personally sold 3 properties with them thus far and have high praise. 

If one person is out for any length of time, we usually have coverage for that person.

Good morning all,I have a problem I own a coop today I will list for sale asking for 380K right across the hall my neighbor is selling a coop I am interested in for 545K real estate person told me I need 10% which is 55K I don't have it unless I sell coop first!

That doesn't seem like it would be your responsibility.I personally really like Bank of America for a lot of reasons, but paper checks are always slow.

If it is a one off event I personally wouldn't do anything.

When people make a lot, they also tend to risk a lot.for the average person, 1 home every year for 10 years is a doable and strategy that can get you there - slow and steady but faster than the average person.
