We have also went above and beyond with city and zoning officials to try to rectify the zoning of the property to keep it zoned as a duplex residence, which the city changed after the purchase and without notice, and at no additional cost to the owners.When Beth and Chris were still unhappy we offered to help sell the property without any fees, and when we found a buyer, the buyer wanted other changes done and work was halted until closing took place, of which all parties were aware of.

That being said, I'm sure most houses here look affordable to someone living in Pasadena :) On the flip side, there has been an influx of new housing developments announced/under construction and some are starting to think the apartment market will start to get saturated once everything is completed.
