With CAP rates in the large apt and office building space below 6%, I don't blame some large players for taking profits.  

I am trying to make an appointment with the loan officer at my credit union, but I'm wondering if there are other tips or suggestions any of the more experienced/informed members might be able to send my way.  

One other thing is by checking in the master commissioners office for potential foreclosures. 

I'm in American Fork but my office is in Orem.  

The relationship between the loan officer and the contractor is really not relevant to the terms of the purchase agreement or escrow costs.

But if there's a bedroom being used as an office, or a former kid's bedroom now being used by an adult, it can come into play. 

You need to check with the county recorder's office on how-to.

I assume you or your agent was in contact with Sloan officer to get a pre-qual letter ?
