We put a lot of pressure on ourselves and the contractors with whom we work to make sure the move-out is done, turnover work is done if needed, and a move-in inspection is done, all between tenants.

I imagine if you try to remove a unit buying turning a quad to a tri, in your first that might get more push back, since these cities have pressure on supply of housing. 

You can and should always anticipate, that in a code change year, that it will take longer to produce a set of plans, and that your design team will be under more pressure to produce plans on the same schedule.

There hasn't been pressure to do more than what I can but at the same time there is pressure to keep moving forward and the support from the coaches is great.

The turbines that create power don't work without high flow water pressure.

Just some food (or perhaps should I say drink) for thought.Also---Do you have enough electrical amps for the new unit, or will you have to buy another drop.Same with water pressure and volume.Good Luck!

Don't feel pressure or allure of going on big multifamily right now, a lot of people that did so the last few years are regretting it hard!
