We all had a meeting the other night to discuss all our concerns and I brought to the table all the excellent information you all shared.

Mid 2015 I quit and went full time and closed 9 deals.  2016 was my breakthrough year and I closed 24 and was on top of the world.  2017 i closed 7 and went back to being a mechanic in July to make ends meet.  

I'm learning the fundamentals of Wholesale through reading lots of Books, attending Webinars, listening to podcasts, and now I'm starting to attend local meet ups and local REIA, and of course BP.

If you ever want to meet up for a coffee or beer, I am up for it!

Keep reading and start diving into your market; drive around see open houses, meet an agent that will send you at least monthly updates on market trends and properties they think you’d be interested in.

Treat their "find" as any other applicant that needs to meet your criteria.

You should also try to get to a local REIA meeting so you can meet some other investors. 

Maybe I am, but if you know a guy or gal who meets this criteria become their favorite customer by telling me about him/her. 

I’m going to meet up with the daughter in law today, get it under contract for 90 days and work our way from there.
