Hey everyone! I’m new to BP. I’m 24 years old and reside near the Lafayette area in Louisiana. I’ve recently found an interest in real estate investing. Although I am still in the education phase, I’d like to gain an idea of how to fund my first deal by asking those who’ve surpassed this first step. Please let me know of your stories!
