I am a firm believer in assets.

I was told by the firm that managed the foreclosure and sale that they could not locate the owner. 

As far as the open sewer permit application again get a abandonment permit application for the septic and get a price from a reliable firm. 

This is a commercial development firm and I can't understand why it's so hard. 

Instead they need to learn to be flexible but firm and remember they are ultimately in charge.
