Unfortunately for mundane daily comps, from my experience, an agent that does have that experience is unlikely to be available on a whim to do your due dilligence because they are out there hustling to run their own business.If an experienced investor disagrees with these previously stated comments I would be surprised.

You'll find a lot of people here that are very experienced and successful in real estate investing, then you'll also find guys like me just starting out.

Looking for some words of experience from people who are local and experienced in the markets.
