Having no water in your pipes at that point would be of great benefit to avoid a mess.As for coverages, the Special Form format typically includes coverage for Water Damage, BUT you will usually need to be able to show that you have endeavored to keep the heat on (via utility bills, etc.) or have fully drained the system.

My agent has said all along that we need to have it signed but not being an attorney, I think she was ultimately attempting to protect herself from liability.All that said, the buyer ended up signing it today anyway.

i havent ever considered starting a business line of credit (as my organizational endeavors are more in the nonprofit arena, not business) but might be open to that too if there is a way to start a business line of credit with no good personal credit to back it up with in the 1st place =/
