I have always done my own, even since I've been self employed... but I am thinking that if I create an LLC and start doing deals it will probably be a good idea to get a CPA.What do you think?

I am however employed by the City of Phila and have worked in the sheriff sale unit, tax lien, water revenue and revenue departments and have some knowledge when it comes to taxes etc.I am interested in financial freedom by way of wholesaling.

My understanding is if we pay him for what he is doing it will be an expense for us and he is an employed person so he files and he can deduct and invest in an IRA equal to his paid wages.
