Hello, my name Donna I am from Philadelphia. I do not have any direct experience in real-estate. I am however employed by the City of Phila and have worked in the sheriff sale unit, tax lien, water revenue and revenue departments and have some knowledge when it comes to taxes etc.

I am interested in financial freedom by way of wholesaling.
