May be able to use the De Min Safe Harbor (DMSH) but us CPAs are still going back and forth about the applicability of the DMSH.I'm curious as to why you are thinking ordinary gains on your rental.

Hi @Will Yang, if you’re an accredited investor there is an investment product called a DST (Delaware Statutory Trust) that might be beneficial for you to learn about if you decide to perform a 1031 exchange.
