What would you want to see (ie a dedicated property viewer, in-house direct mail, syndication opportunities,???).

A lot of my time in the market downturn was dedicated to assisting flagging businesses to re-purpose their owned or leased properties.

It is those few clients that make our life hell anyway.There will be a great many more that will respect your choices and admire your dedication to your family.

@Jean G.We recently bought a church near downtown Tucson to remodel and turn into our new office, also sectioning off some space to dedicate as rental units.A big issue to consider in evaluating an investment like this is looking into your city's ordinances on what would constitute it as a residential/commercial build.

The front 1/3 will be dedicated to office/commercial use and the back 2/3 will be living space, but the usage is flexible throughout.

It is a very difficult field to make a lot of money in but a great job if your dedicated & motivated enough.
