If it were in say Frederick county, I would not be that concerned.  

Seriously - I get at least 4-5 emails each day concerning apartments for sale.

But i do understand the concern i see bandit signs as well as Billboards all over Atlanta that state we buy ugly houses etc..

Both of those properties were in excellent condition not in need of any repair.I'm a little concerned that Ocwen will not come off their list price of 349.

My 12 year old son works in my office every day after school and he's better at some parts of this than I am.Hire a good property manager if this is your only concern.  

I wasn't aware that they had concerns with this issue.#2- This looks like a bigger deal.  

This was never considered in the contract and the sale price will not change but my concern is that we will need to amend the contract to extend the closing date.
