owner occupied inherited tenant
I just brought my first multi-family home to live in. I inherited a tenant that is on disability. The seller told me that the tenant was on a month to month lease & is way behind on rent and utilities. I did give him a non renewal of lease form, he signed it. Because he is on disability, I decided to give him 60 days to find another place. My question is that when the sixty 60 days are up and he's not gone, what should I do? "As far as I'm concerned, he's trespassing. I want him out so bad. And he was paying way below market rents. "Thanks for reading
