Those loans are not difficult to obtain, in fact, I would say that they are easier to get comparing to conventional financing.

The rate is a bit higher (compared to commercial), but you will get a 30 yr fixed (vs 5-7 yr balloon).

However, over the last 6-9 months, we have seen a significant increase in requests for cash flow generating properties.Regarding location in the US,  Texas remains a secondary location for Chinese investors (compared to West Coast and East Coast).  

How about comparable rental units in the area?
