One you probably need to buy something close by because trying to manage long distance without knowing more about real estate yet is going to be very difficult and too easy to get taken advantage of and just make poor decisions because you don't know better yet.Two FHA is for owner occupied, so in order to buy a home that way you'll have to be living in it.
