I am by no means a hard core investor with dozens to hundreds of deals under my belt, but I surely will strive to achieve my own lofty goals.

At least to get a few deals under my belt and a little money to re-invest. 

The house I'm looking at in foreclosure up for sheriff's auction next week has one of those gadgets coming out of the basement with some kind of fan/blower.

If you are looking for properties in b & c neighborhoods, then you are going to want to look mainly outside the 270 belt.

If you can find one who has done experience under their belt in investing, as well as a few tricks up their sleeve you can learn, latch on to them and don’t let go.Remember: “You’ll learn this business (best) by doing it!”

After you have a couple projects under your belt, then you have credentials.

I have read about  fix and flip hard money loans and how to qualify for them but I am not understanding what you do when you have zero past experience and how you get those 2-3 under your belt so you can get approved for this specific loan? 

Its price appreciation is worse than rust belt markets like Albany, NY and Harrisburg, PA. 

For my second deal, I'm super ambitious to get it under my belt.
