Kobi,

I am a real estate investor in the Columbus area. If you are looking for properties in b & c neighborhoods, then you are going to want to look mainly outside the 270 belt. Some areas include Grove City, Hilliard, Westerville, Gahanna, Blacklick, Pickerington, Canal Winchester & Groveport. All of those areas will have anywhere from a to c properties. They are all decent areas with decent schools. I would start my search on those areas if you are looking for b & c neighborhoods. Price range can range anywhere from $80,000-$200,000 spending on size and location. I don’t think you will be able to find anything worth investing for $50,000 (unless you come across a great deal) but you may be able to find a smaller place closer to your price range on those areas. Good luck!
