On the one hand zillow is adding mls listings like you say on the other had there is a big back lash from the NAR calling this the death of realtors.Zillow/Trulia agents like yourself having lost list hub a major source of feeds in the short term will have less exposure for their advertising dollars This is and will be an ongoing court battle for years both sides will not go down easy@Jay Thompson

Right now you just have a tenant whom lost their job but Is paying the rent so I would do nothing and stop calling employers.
