No more comps from Zillow

Zillow will have to begin developing its own “non MLS generated” web content and NAR is losing its easy advertising dollars/ licensing fees as Zillow paid for that content."

This means you will have to rely more on your realtors,sites like redfin,realtor.com, to have the most updated comps . Do not use Zillow

Jay T from Zillow Group here. You're missing a significant portion of the story. Zillow has plenty of agreements in places with MLSs for direct feeds and are signing more up every day. We've got multiple sources for listings other than ListHub including over 5,000 partners that send direct feeds from brokerages and franchises.
