She told me, it is supposed to close tomorrow (Tuesday) but she is pretty confident it will fall though and will likely go back on the market next week. 

These days, I suppose Alberta could generate enough traffic to merit its own forum, but the Maritimes and Newfoundland and the territories certainly do not have the population base to sustain one for each province/territory.I should go back and do some analysis and see how many folks are actually posting in the province specific forum versus the Canada forum and how that correlates to where they are located.

These are definitely risky as you aren't supposed to look inside and sometimes have no real idea of what is really going on.

I'm impressed by BiggerPockets and can thank you for saving me tens of thousands of dollars on supposed RE Investing gurus.I'm not big on social media (one of about three on the planet without a Facebook account) and making private things, public, but I am ready to start and succeed on my own in real estate and realize I need to start putting myself out there since I'm now ready to go. 

I know roto-rooter peddles an additive (60 bucks a gallon) that you are supposed to dump down the drain (just writing that makes me cringe...) that they claim will form some sort of a smooth film, but that sounds rather far-fetched to me - has any had luck with that?

I know the check is supposed to be made out to both tenants, but they live in separate homes now.
