So I fix that problem and did have the money to fix up the other property I had just purchase...but the good news I had the property and I fix it up little at a time... and now all the units are fully renting.

If the defendant (tenant) prevails (wins), then the case is never made public and never appears in the index.Since most CA courts hear unlawful detainers in a timely way, anything you are looking up is old news at this point.PMs and PM companies can file the unlawful detainer on behalf of the owner.

I had several lenders pass on the 3 unit property I was financing because they only do 5+ units.The good news is that unlike residential loans, each bank has their own set of standards they use to determine if they will lend.
