I have Class A/B and prospect tenant looking in the area usually have good incomes and this is typically done on most rental properties.

I haven’t been as active on Bigger Pockets lately because of gigs with my band and a super busy job but I’m looking to get back into it.

They have Grant Sabatier coming to speak in March.

I was getting a little anxious because we had someone see it yesterday (it's still not officially listed for rent- they were referred to us) and they said they LOVE it and want to get in by March 1st. 

I am heading out in March, and looking to relocate in June.
