I just sent a message to my property management company now asking if it's customary for them to list the rental on MLS.Also, regarding the rental price; Not only have I completed the lanai mesh, installed blinds and added a whole-house water conditioning system, but I'm also including the Internet connection and the security system in the advertised asking price which I believe should be worth it.

Owners mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact SAME SERVICES and PERFORM those services EXACTLY THE SAME WAY, so price is the only differentiator – so, they often select the first PMC they call or that calls them back!

Hey @Casey Haight, I'm also based in Salt Lake, and was in a similar position back in 2017.

Took me a minute but while we may disagree with some of this I guess your basic premise from your last sentence that foreclosures are based on fraud is one I can't argue.

I think services like Lamassu are game changers for wholesalers.

I'm based in NYC and managing the MTR apartments remotely has not been a problem.
