I'm a buy and hold investor. 

I'll keep looking around for other methods of financing, because I find it hard to believe that the current rates are all that are holding people back from continuing to invest in real estate.

Curious if people have seen a big uptick in direct bookings/repeat customers since using it (or other email marketing software). 

Buy and hold for appreciation or buy and hold to cash flow asap.

Rare will you really find someone who is going to hold your hand and walk your thru step by step on how to become a millionaire. 

Purchase price: $120,000 Sale price: $251,000 This beautiful brick duplex was purchased in the summer of 2023 for $120,000 and initially was a buy/hold, but my partners and I decided to flip it and reinvest the money elsewhere.

I have been keeping an eye on Richardson 75081 as well.L Streets probably going to price me out of any kind of buy and hold but its a great area for flips.Definitely in agreement with you about the houses near Sylvan and Hampton. 

I'm not saying make a dumb decision -- do your homework -- but then make a buy and know that you'll hold it for 10-20 years and be just fine.My two cents, at least.
