I just bought a duplex at the beginning of this year for $385,000 that needed a bunch of work.

let me just say that about a week ago I bought Alabama tax sales 12th edition for 2018 by Denise Evans.

We bought our first rental property last year.

That's what got me a start in 2007 when I bought my first 4plex. 

Big Opportunity comes with Big Risk in most cases.My 1st was a 14 plex I bought for $10, and am still renovating to this day all in around $600k...Risk, Stress, Learning, and Growth all lumped into that deal.My 2nd a Duplex I am converting to a Triplex.

From there it is a rinse and repeat formula, the same bank that I bought the first property from then sold me two more and from there I was off.

the market is very strong in Margate but I’m not exact on how it compares if you bought at peak. 

The first rental I bought at 18 for $7800 dollars was in a town less than 2500.
