YES but might lose money paying for an application fee because the apt they liked is gone or sometimes they might find another unit/ which they should call you anyway (that's when feeling the vibes comes in).Some agents might feel like why should I pay for a $100 to $250 app fee (FYI) $250 app fee better be over $3700 rental and up when my clients income is over $500k a year!
