Best Online Rent Payment System

Does anyone use an online rental payment system for their tenants that does NOT solicit your tenant to create a universal application to share with other landlords?  I recently signed up with Rentalutions, however, I used my email as a test tenant and when I signed into the tenant portal I discovered it offers the tenant the opportunity create a universal application to share with other landlords.  Why in the world would I do business with an online rent payment company that encourages my tenants to consider other rental properties?  Any advice?

I also use Cozy for my properties and definitely recommend it! Rent collection is also very easy to set up through them for both you & the tenant/s.
