At the same time you can go to the local building departments and find the plans for the projects and get the GC info from that as well as the architect.

Other areas were your relying on Wells that are very expensive and or you pay 15k for a dry hole.. etc etc. there is basic due diligence that needs to be done and relying on someone else to do that for you is frankly foolish.

You will need to maintain the property with repairs and eventually capital expenditures as well, plus rentals don't stay occupied 100% of the time and renters don't pay 100% of the time.
