I didn't call out your company in my post, but you can be rest assured that you will never have to worry about my company or any of our associated companies doing business with Blackjack Real Estate. 

You, on the other hand, are not regulated by the Association of Realtors and you can write your own contracts.

Download you Landlord tenant laws for your state, this is your most important tool.Id check and see if you have a local landlord association in your area, they may offer forms that include leases that are used by the court system in your area. and they are awesome for classes and good source for landlords.

Move out or rent will be increased to the maximum possible amount (give an actual number - this shouldn't be a threat, just two options).
