Can I get an updated version of the CA Purhcase Agreement doc?

Hello,

I am currently learning how to whole sale. I was wondering where can I get an updated version of a California's Purchase Agreement contract. Also does it have an Addendum? I tried finding the doc on www.car.org but apparently I have to be a realtor.
