I've never been one to complain about rates though, so it suited my needs.If you want a cash out refinance faster, you can talk to your bank's commercial lending side, otherwise, hold the purchase agreement and wait 6 months.

more velocity of money the faster your wealth can build. try and find a balance of long term buy and holds for passive income down the road but you can also use real estatse as a tool to make more money ie flipping wholesaling or brrr as described above  to make more money to buy more buy and hold. check out@thachnguyen on instagram that guy kills doing that buy haveing very specific criteria to what do do with a property.
