Always trying to get better
I’m unsatisfied with myself that I still don’t have an apartment deal under contract after 3-4 months.
Instead of pretending to be mr. hot shot about being further in my journey then others I humble myself and ask myself what am I not doing right that is causing me not to be where I want to be .
I contacted my admin of my mentor group and asked which members actually closed on an deal apartment yet. I reached out to those individuals and scheduled a phone call with them this week (tomorrow). I’m going to pick their brain and figure out what are they doing that I’m not? Why are they closing and I’m not?
Are they doing anything different to filter out unmotivated sellers faster or are they setting for lower returns? How long did it take them to find a good deal?
Looks like I got a date with honesty tomorrow. Good night y’all !
