I've heard of people pouring cement in toilets and drains.

I try to make a schedule walkthrough one house every month and this things I saw and the story the Tenant told was crazy 2 week with backing up toilets roof leaking for months and no one at the pm told even they when I ask they said everything was going good.

or "I'll pay it this time, but toilets shouldn't get clogged more than every few years, so the next one is on you." 

Since she seemed distraught, I called her back and found that there was a rat in her toilet!

Maybe there is a person from BP in your area who needs some help and could help train you in exchange for helping mow lawns, rake leaves, plunge a toilet or 2 etc.
