There is a TON of need to long term rentals in Tahoe, but a lot of people here can't afford really expensive rentals.

One of the other features of the Land Trust that many people overlook is that it is the entity that conducts the "business" of the investment.

While 25% appreciation in the last 5 years is good, truthfully, its not anything special considering the circumstances the last 5 years.
