As someone who has taken over multiple units at once before, it can be hard to onboard new properties on certain softwares. 

So I wouldn't trust someone that can't get the basic facts straight. 

I'm curious if anyone knows of a turnkey contact for out of state in investors in the Sarasota County area (from Sarasota down to Venice).Someone doing there, what Eric Fernwood does in Las Vegas, where he helps investors, select the right SFR's, purchase them and then get them rented out.

I agree and you need #5: The communicatorthere needs to be someone on the other end of the phone to answer questions from investors.

These goals and habits are what drives someone to track their net worth, in my opinion. 

You and your partner took on a massive project but along the way solved someone's problem, learned a hell of a lot, and successfully flipped the property!
