How you do things can come down to personal preference, but it depends on what you are doing with how you want to route things through your accounting software.

The more automated your process is the better.Find software that manages rental agreements, tenant payments, etc.

Income and expenses are tracked in accounting software or in spreadsheets, not by having multiple bank accounts (with multiple sets of banking fees). 

I was wondering if there is a software I can use to combine all these websites on one sole server and work from there?

I am currently a Software Consultant with an experience of 3+ years in the industry, if there is anything that I can bring value to you that is tech/software related I would be more than happy to help. 

However, it’s not time intensive to use google maps or other acquisition softwares.
