Hi All,I have a tenant moving out and with that, it is time to replace some very old, single-pane windows and a sliding door. 

Windows, roofs, plumbing, and electrical replacement are a given for most properties which easily becomes tens of thousands of dollars.

When you slide it to the ceiling- it should fit like a gloveDon't use too intricate a design for the molding - it will be difficult to cut along the line with all different types of routered angles!

How do the Windows look/age?

Major costs were finished basement, new kitchen, new windows, HWF, garage roof, new siding, paint, etc.

The exterior of the home is stone from a local quarry, the roof is newer, all new windows, and it has a nice lot with a two car garage and an outbuilding.

I'm not sure how long this window will be available.   

Then before the sun set, i found a not tally broken down house, but the front window curtain was broken, so i took this chance and dropped a note on the door.I learned a lot in one day, i hoped i would be able to make at least one deal but the knowledge i received from my failure was awesome.

The wall heater will be removed.10) Cracked window will be replaced11) I don't think there's faulty electrical.
