My Name is Parris Baxter and I am currently new to the real estate field and soon to be starting school in October for class.

I have just recently graduated nursing school at Arizona State University and currently work as a nurse at one of the many local hospitals here in Phoenix.

I went to high school in Arlington (in what I refer to as "The Marion Barry Days") and really, really love what the city has become.

Since post, I've gotten two schools of thought. 

I chose to venture down the path of a real estate agent because it requires less money to start-up... and it becomes very difficult to qualify for conventional loans without a solid employment or credit history. 

The properties are within 4-5 blocks from the school itself.

Plus the public schools in the area are relatively ok so you can get families in which tent to be more stable tenants. 

However the population age must have shifted because they recently combined our two High Schools into one. 

Aloha Christopher, before I escaped I attented high school at Newport HS, Dixie Heights HS and Boone County HS.
