There was so much grease in the plastic drain pipes underneath the house, the weight of the grease caused the plastic drain pipes to bow, the drain pipes snapped of at a joint and the entire underneath of the house was flooded with the stinkiest grease and odor anyone could not imagine.

Both have said as long as you are still on the mortgage and own the LLC AND, most importantly, pay the mortgage on time every month that it shouldn't be an issue.The history behind this as I understand it is this was put in loans back in the 80s because interest rates were rising so rapidly (15-18% mortgages) banks  didn't want people trading properties and keeping lower interest rates in place.
