Banks Afraid of Rapid Growth

Has anyone had any problems with banks wanting to wait on current mortgages to “season” for a year or so before loaning anymore money? Even with 20-25% down payment still the same answer whether it’s a new purchase or a cashout refi. 

I’m an investor from Oklahoma if that matters.
