Once you have narrowed down who you want ask about their commission rate.

After you do that, you just have to narrow down what type of investing you want to do, buy and hold/flipping/wholesaling-- the more specific and narrow you can be, the more successful you will be at it.     

There are narrow nightstands available now, or you could put up small shelves instead.  

I’m trying to think of how I could go about analyzing these areas to determine that in a streamlined manner so I could potentially narrow my search or at least pay more attention to properties I find in those areas.

I am narrowing things down, leaning toward Chattanooga, TN area.

Hey @Sam Barnsley, congrats on what you and your wife were able to accomplish in Northern Michigan and great job on narrowing down the markets you mentioned.

The male occupant had just had hip surgery and his band equipment and stuff was stored in the little shanty houses so he wanted to keep access.

It would probably take a small book to get all of the information out so let me know if you have any specific questions but that might be enough to get your wheels spinning or at least help narrow down a list of lenders you want to call.
