Lunatic inherited squatter problems

We bought a tax deed in 2017 and we knew we were going to hold it 4 years because growth was coming and it's on a perfect spot to rezone commercial. This property had 2 shanty houses and a Mobile home on it that was a family compound. There were inherited occupants (a couple) in the Mobile Home that we gave them the opportunity to stay, "AS IS" for very low rents. The male occupant had just had hip surgery and his band equipment and stuff was stored in the little shanty houses so he wanted to keep access.
Later on I found out he sublet a shanty house without us knowing. This occupant he sublet to begged us to let him stay after we found out he was there. He promised to button up things in exchange for $200. a month rent and he would help the original inherited occupant around the property because he wasn't physically well. Well then the moratorium happened. This occupant is $2000.00 behind on $200 a month rent knowing our intent is to tear the shanty houses down and no intention of anyone living there and no intentions of us fixing a thing, He still begged to stay. This occupant has a rap sheet a mile long from prior convictions and he is on drugs.
We posted a notice to Quit, and now he is sending us pictures of the inside like he is going to use it against us when we didn't put him there or want anyone there to begin with.
He is texting us novels of bi polar communication from threats to compliments to prayer requests and keeps cycling in that same manner. Now he says he's putting up cameras and we are trespassing if caught on "his"property, we are going to jail.
It is not his property by any means. Our LLC owns it. He has upset other tenants on the property as well. The original inherited occupant who sublet behind our back died last September, not long after We found out he Sublet behind our back. He is the only one that had a month to month lease in writing that included, "NO SUBLETTING" but he passed away.
Now we have to file an eviction but we aren't going after back rents we just want this headache GONE!
So we can tear that house down.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Please be kind, I have other rentals that are very nice and were once our primary residences. We didn't put this guy there. He admits in Text he knew our LLC owned it and that he was there 3 months paying the original occupant rent before we knew he was even there.
This guy is a lunatic.
We should have never agreed to give him a chance after finding out he was there.
