I was hoping to find a property manager to manage the property...but the problem is I can't get in contact with any PMs in the area, mainly because Fostoria is a very small town.

One of these items is property management.

Do you have a bookkeeper or someone helping you prepare taxes or are you managing the finances all on your own?

Initially I had thought that this company only does property management, but as it turns out they help the investor from A to Z, when it comes to finding appropriate agents, lenders, contractors, handymen, managing rehabs, management, providing advice on the best investment strategy, etc. 

I am surprised that the property manager for the condo did not inform the association or try to contact me.

You usually have a higher cost basis when you buy great property.

It will likely cost you more money, but you probably won't have another alternative.
